Vikram leads the Technology Direction at Chrysalis.

He is a graduate of San Jose State University (Master of Science (MS)) and Pune University (Bachelor of Engineering – B.E). He worked with Adobe Systems Inc. as member of the Adobe Fonts and Adobe Photoshop teams to ensure file format integrity of Adobe Photoshop CS4.

After gaining handful experience in Silicon Valley, California, Vikram returned to India to start Chrysalis Software & Systems Pvt. Ltd.

A seasoned manager, Pratap demonstrated exceptional Project and Resource Management as CEO & Co-Founder of Saber Surge Inc., an IT Consulting and Software Development company in Sunnyvale, California.

He is a graduate (Master of Science – MS) from Santa Clara University and Pune University (Bachelor of Engineering – B.E).

Jagdeep Walia

Director, Business Development

Jagdeep manages overall strategic and business development initiative at Chrysalis. He loves to be a thought partner to his clients by drawing linkages between business and technologies. He master’s and employs innovative and exciting ways to flourish ambitious growth of our business.

He is a graduate of Santa Clara University (Master of Science (MS)) and Pune University (Bachelor of Engineering – B.E).

He also brings in a wealth of experience through his stints in various startups.

Sonal Gundecha

Engineering Manager

Sonal drives the project management at Chrysalis. Her unparalleled flair for analysing and directing has enabled her to discover perspectives that are distinctive and user friendly. Apart from planning and maintaining the projects, she bears exceptional client interfacing skills. She has helped the company to grow from strength to strength and continues to nurture its growth.

After earning Master’s degree in Computer Applications, she has worked with iGATE Global Solutions Limited.
