Development Methodology

Define Requirements

Business requirements are gathered.Meetings are held with managers and customer to determine the requirements .The gathered requirements are analysed and Requirement Specification document is created that acts like guideline for next phase.

High level planning

In this phase we create the software and application design as per the Specification document.Hardware and system requirements are specified with the help of system design.This System Design serves as input for next phase.

Deployment & Implementation

As per system design the work is divided and development is started .After the development of code the product is deployed replica environment for testing.

Initial Testing

The code is tested to see whether it meet the requirements gathered,and also identify the error.

Deployment & Implementation

The changes are made if required and the identified errors are resolved .The updated product is then deployed for client use.

Client testing

After successful initial testing ,product is deployed at the client site. Client uses the system for primary testing, and all the data is recorded to remove the errors if any.

Client Acceptance

If the product pass the client testing, it then undergoes system testing and the final product is released,otherwise the product again has to pass the same phases.

Next Iteration

If the final product is rejected by the client,the changes required are recorded and the product again has to undergo same process to produce a product which meets the client requirements.
